Terms and Conditions

• 1/2 payment down to start project. Final half payment due upon inspection/completion of project.

• Rose Septic & Plumbing, LLC will not be Responsible for any conflict in utilities during new installation or repairs (waterlines, sprinklers, cable, phone, Internet or gas) State of Georgia prohibits any lines over the septic tank system. Or any other type of system. The owner will be responsible for relocation of utilities if do so occurs.     

• Any relocation of trench after work has began will be an extra charge at an hourly rate due to extra work done.

 • Customer will be responsible for any permit to be obtained to workmanship being done .

 • Rose Septic & Plumbing, LLC will not be responsible for any concrete repairs, In the event concrete has to be removed or broken, any concrete and asphalt will be added on to this contract. In the event rock is discovered it will become an extra charge on this contract.

 • Rose Septic & Plumbing, LLC  will not be responsible for any landscaping/fencing. We do not sow grass or sod your side we will be left in the construction style setting.

• all credit card payments will be charged a 4% fee, and all services will be surrendered.

• Rose Septic & Plumbing, LLC will not be responsible for any and all future issues or problems after final inspection/completion of workmanship.
